Emotional control techniques.

Make a routine.

First of all, it is to make routine so that when emotions get disturbed, you can calm down. Before hitting service, hit the ball five times and raise the toss. But that alone is hard to be a fundamental solution. Players who are strongly mentally strong to some extent can be solved by this method, but there are many players who can not do that easily. My coaching experience

Even a junior player I was teaching before, because of their serious nature, if the one did not go well, there was a junior okayer who chases himself not to go more aggressively if he does not hit it more firmly. Every time the player and emotion became uncontrollable we discussed and we learned what we were thinking at that time. To that player, there was a habit of a heart that serious character disappears and trying to solve it with all seriousness. Therefore, when it ceased to work, I advised him to mix middle lobbing and so on and to let him like hia opponent’s likes. It is not a problem even if he drops one game. I taught that it is more deadly to continue dropping several games after the habit of a worse heart has runaway. By doing so it became possible to fight to the end without collapsing oneself. Of course, as I wrote here, it will not go smoothly. Because it is serious, it is a character that does not feel like fig ing if he does not fight until it fills a lot of feelings.
